The Human Values Educational Program centers on five innate values: Truth, Right Action, Peace, Love, and Non-Violence. These qualities are presented as being naturally present within every person and as a foundation for moral understanding, responsible action, and greater balance in daily life.
Designed primarily for youth while adaptable to all ages and backgrounds, the program encourages kindness, forgiveness, respect, responsibility, patience, and awareness of how our actions affect others. Through education and practical application, participants are given tools to recognize and strengthen these qualities within themselves.
The Holistic Trauma Methodology Program supports trauma recovery, identity development, family healing, youth development, community restoration, and second chances. Its developmental approach addresses emotional, behavioral, psychological, identity, and family-based effects associated with what TMA defines as the Man-Made Disease of Trauma (MMDT).
TMA also measures and reports program outcomes for both court-referred and community-referred families. From June 2024 through February 2026, the report identifies 46 families served and tracks changes in thinking, accountability, behavior, family-led resolutions, and other outcomes to provide a measurable view of the program’s impact.
HTM is a non-clinical, trauma-responsive and accountability-centered methodology designed to rebuild developmental foundations that trauma can disrupt. Its focus includes identity, values, emotional regulation, decision-making, family stability, accountability, and the development of practical skills needed for a more stable future.
Rather than operating as a collection of disconnected programs, HTM is presented as an integrated developmental framework. Education, Human Values, family engagement, accountability, behavioral redirection, and future planning work together to help youth and families move from survival-based patterns toward greater stability and responsible adulthood.
Innate Laws are described as foundational principles and truths inherent within nature and human development. They provide a framework for understanding growth, choice, values, responsibility, purpose, balance, and humanity’s relationship with the natural world.
Within HTM, these laws are explored through natural law, human nature, and unchanging principles. The material presents major Innate Laws concerning life systems, balance, cycles, human behavior, responsibility, interconnectedness, and other conditions the program associates with helping life and communities flourish.
Innate Law #1 introduces the 3Bs: Babies, Butterflies, and Bees. Its central message is that babies represent the future of humankind while pollinators play an essential role in sustaining the ecosystem upon which present and future life depends.
Through this principle, the program encourages participants to think beyond themselves and recognize the relationship between protecting children, protecting the natural environment, and protecting the future. It connects human responsibility with care for the systems and living things that make continued life possible.
The Musketeer Association recognizes participation, learning, and achievement through certificates and awards connected with its programs. The participant collection visually highlights individuals receiving recognition alongside examples of certificates issued through TMA programming.
These achievements represent more than completing an activity—they recognize engagement in learning, personal development, and continued growth. Within the broader HTM framework, TMA also describes structured training and certificate pathways intended for youth, families, staff, volunteers, and partner organizations.

HTM addresses developmental, emotional, behavioral, psychological, identity, and family-system effects associated with trauma. Its framework emphasizes rebuilding development, strengthening accountability, restoring family stability, and preparing participants for responsible adulthood.
Yes. TMA materials describe structured learning and certificate pathways, and the participant materials show examples of certificates and awards recognizing engagement and accomplishment across its programs.
