Sets do not come in original packaging and will ship disassembled. Sets have been used and older sets may show some discoloration from being displayed (replacement parts available very inexpensively from LEGO.com if desired). Instructions are NOT included but can be found on LEGO.com by set description or number.
Lemonade Stand is in like new condition. Heartlake Pool has a lot of discoloration and is missing some of the small ladybugs, butterflies, and flowers. Cool Convertible has some discoloration and is missing all the hair accessories, the mixer for the washing station and glass for the light post. (See pictures)
